  • Andrew Senchak, DO

    Dr. Andrew Senchak, DO

    TEVI Med - Mobile Services Provider for Seniors

    Dr. Senchak is a board-certified physician in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose, and Throat) and is owner of TEVI med, a mobile service provider specializing in providing mobile services to the community including comprehensive audiology diagnosis and treatment, and wound care.  He completed internship in General Surgery and Otolaryngology residency at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii in 2008. He most recently completed his certifications in wound care and has a fellowship in Vestibular Disorders at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard University, in 2018. His educational background also includes fellowship training in Clinical Investigation from the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium and a master’s degree in Clinical Investigation at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

    Dr. Senchak served 8 years as a US Army physician and was stationed in Louisiana, Texas, and Maryland, receiving an honorable discharge as a Lieutenant Colonel. While in the Army, he served as Deputy Chief of Research at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. He has worked in conjunction with the Hearing Center of Excellence to perform epidemiological research on noise induced hearing loss patterns in the military and has written several publications. His medical practice, TEVI, opened in October 2019 and is now dedicated to mobile care for patients. Dr. Senchak is originally from the Pittsburgh area, but came back to settle in Texas after his time in the military. He feels privileged to be a Texas physician, and to be able to serve the North Dallas area.

  • Dr. Broughton

    Dr. Nicholas Broughton, DO 

    Dr. Nicholas Broughton serves as mobile wound care physician. His holistic approach to medicine and focus on quality patient care are fundamental to optimal wound healing for his patients. He is compassionate, caring, and remains dedicated to the overall well-being of all his patients.

    Dr. Broughton completed his undergraduate in Cellular/Molecular Biology at The University of Texas in Austin. He then went on to graduate from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth and subsequently completed his residency at Medical City Arlington here in Texas. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has dedicated his practice to Wound Care on a full-time basis.

    Before becoming a physician, he was a scientist at a high-level efficacy laboratory for EPA/FDA certifications, where he worked his way up from Associate Scientist to be the Quality Assurance Officer. He also served four years in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman aboard the USS Kitty Hawk (CV-63) and the USS George Washington (CVN-73) in the Forward Deployed Naval Forces of the U.S. 7th fleet.

    Dr. Broughton enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles, music/movies, dad jokes, and spending quality time with his wife and kids.
